When will my order ship?
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
Are Glamlite products cruelty-free?
Yes! Glamlite is proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with manufacturers that do.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been confirmed.
